We loved the roof top bar and buffet breakfasts. The location was great to explore the city and the cultures within it.
They could have told us by signing up to the Hyatt club we would save 10% on breakfast and 20% on the rooftop meals.

Perfect location for raffles and to explore the old
quarter and excellent access to Bugis MRT for exploring
the rest of the island

We were very impressed with this hotel, it was even better than we had hoped! Highlights included: a meticulously clean suite which was serviced each day with thought (e.g. not throwing away things we were still using), an incredible view of the city, a fabulous rooftop pool open good hours each day, staff who offered solutions rather than excuses whenever we needed something, free soft drinks from the minibar each day and snacks from the snack room, great location, great shower, nice bar and food on the top floor. I could go on!
The only slight issue we had was not being able to find the right place to check in. There are so many entrances on different floors that it is a little confusing, but that's not a big deal. I found the room air con a little cold and would've preferred to be able to have some fresh air from a small window - but I get that this isn't really possible in such a high tower block.

Nice room with all Comfort
Late Check out ! The worst ever experienced.
Bagages stored front the tower door at entry level, no courtesy space to manage bagage opening (obliged to open the bagage in the entry ), shower at level 25, near swimming pool, obliged to access outside of the building under the rain, no access with bagage alowed, this space had no air condition (35 degrés), it gives the impression you are not expected to stay longuer aymt the hôtel.
Food breakfast , low quality, except restaurant 665 who is exceptionnel ! And service with food (Limited water in room) is not really friendly
The price is totally expensive when basics are not met in Hospitality. Service should be better because the location is not the best and the hôtel in a Tower with not real commin confortable space (ONLY level 25) is surprising
The gym room is small and has nothing Special
