Beautifully clean, lovely staff who were very attentive. Great location right near an MRT stop so was super easy to get around the city!

The facility is amazing and worths the money spent
The hotel entrance does not have a slop for easy lift of the bags and stroller to the lobby, to a point one handle of my bag got broken by the assistant when he was moving our bag down.

Good gym and nice pool area
Joseph in the club lounge was very friendly and helpful
Breakfast was very busy and messy - the staff were doing their best but I would recommend going elsewhere to eat - it was packed with screaming kids and the food was average
There was a really unpleasant smell a couple of times in the room (like sulphur / rotten eggs) which only went when I turned the aircon right down
Couldn’t use the facilities (pool) after checkout
