We found this hotel to be a great choice for our 6 nights in Macau. It is well located within walking distance of many of the city's attractions and close to bus stops. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We liked having a drinking-water dispenser in the hallway near the lifts. The breakfast buffet was very good. Also, no casino!
A very minor issue was that room service was sometimes late in the day.

The location of the hotel was good! Staff were exceptional!!! Great staff!!!
Beds were not comfortable! Lobby (sitting area) was always occupied. Gym was very small. Furniture appeared dated. Bathroom appeared to have a leak.

The hotel sits at the perfect location to see the tourist spots in the centre. The staff is friendly and check-in and check-out was very efficient. The room size and bathroom are ok.
The hotel is past its best years. I didn't mind outdated furniture but the room smelled moldy when we turned the AC off for a bit. The bathroom had a constant moldy smell which was irritating and only acceptable for the 2 days we were staying there.
