Location was OK
Service staff seemed disinterested in helping us find our room given we were in the castle part of the hotel; finally they did help us find our room. The beds were very hard; hand rail on the staircase was loose; no markings at bottom of staircase with a glass door; we had no hot or warm water the second night and the continental breakfast was just OK. I would rate this hotel a 1 out of 5 for location only. Not worth the money.
