The Hotel Nice is located in the very centre of La Seu d'Urgell, which makes it extremely convenient to access the local bars and restaurants on foot.
The rooms were comfortable and the staff were both pleasant and helpful. Whilst the accommodation was good value for money, the same could not be said of the breakfast, which had limited choice and was overpriced. On the second day we took breakfast elsewhere.
The hotel provided secure basement parking for our motorcycles for a nominal charge. The parking was in another building in an adjoining street. Recommended at its price point, Thank you...

Secure motorbike parking ( at extra cost).
Small room with strange window onto close neighbouring wall. Poor breakfast buffet for cost.

Central to town. Air conditioning. Secure garage a few 100 meters away (extra cost).
Central town location so can be noisy.
Bed was uncomfortable and new mattress needed.

Location good, right downtown and close to restaurants. Staff was fine. The price was cheap. Room had air conditioning.
TINY hotel room! Just big enough for the (single) bed, basically. No view to speak of. Lights in the hallways are on timers so they're dark until you can find the switch. No parking; just hope you can find street parking.
