Overall, I had a comfortable stay and the hotel was a good base for my two nights in Morioka. The room was clean and had everything I needed. One thing I would mention is the breakfast buffet: it is promoted as featuring Iwate specialties, so I would recommend checking what is offered before adding breakfast. If you enjoy trying regional dishes, you may appreciate it, but if you prefer more familiar breakfast options, you may be better off skipping it. The location is also a bit of a walk from Morioka Station, especially with luggage. Overall, a good stay, but I would personally choose somewhere closer to the station next time.
