La proximite de l’hôtel avec la riviére. La gentillesse des propriétaires (la dame parle très bien anglais).

10 мин пешком до автовокзала, около 15 минут до смотровой 20 юаней. В номере чайник, каждый день по 2 бутылки воды. Сотрудница говорит по-английски, можно забронировать экскурсии. Можно сделать отличные фото с террасы на 5 этаже.
Нет лифта. Маленькая ванная комната с душем прямо рядом с туалетом без перегородки, во время принятия душа вода льется на пол, высыхает быстро.

Central location.
A bit tired now and pretty basic. Many places in the area that are higher standard for the same price.
The common areas are very messy and uninviting, including the eating area at the top.
No breakfast.

The business owner speaking English is definitely the key point of this hotel, whom can give you precious information if you want to trek around.
Otherwise it’s a regular Chinese hotel.
Noise. Mainly because there are many families in big rooms, all the rooms are located in the stairway. And there is also a big restaurant on the last floor which is opened to all customers in town. Noise pollution guaranted.
There was also usual bad smells of the bathroom, and the humidity smell.
