An absolute gem of a hotel! We had an incredible stay and the service truly exceeded all expectations. Perched in a breathtaking location, the property offers stunning, sweeping views surrounded by pure peace and tranquility. It is a true Tuscan experience in every sense. Every single member of the team, from the talented chefs and attentive waiters to everyone at the reception desk, delivered an exceptionally high level of hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Samuel, Ali, Angelica, and of course the manager, who ensured we were well taken care of every single day. As a vegan, I was especially touched by how thoughtfully they catered to my dietary needs, going above and beyond with delicious plant-based options at both breakfast and dinner. We also joined a wine-tasting session with Matteo, which was both fun and enriching, filled with fascinating insights. Exploring the picturesque surroundings on the hotel’s bicycles was another wonderful highlight of our trip. Everything was simply marvelous from start to finish. We can't wait to return!
The only minor thing worth noting is that the room could occasionally get a bit warm, though the staff was immediately helpful and provided a fan to increase the AC. Also, the access road to the hotel has sharp turns and is quite dark at night, and it definitely left our car covered in dust! But honestly, that's just part of the charm and magic of this secluded, peaceful hideaway.

Extremely pretty facilities. The pool and the view were out of this world.
Some staff members could be a bit nicer, particularly some waiters and hosts.
