Everything about this place was wonderful. The room was large, clean and comfortable. We had an outlook over the trees as we had our morning cuppa in our room. So quiet and peaceful.
The onsen bath was really lovely especially the outdoor. We went to a couple of others in the village and this one was the best.
The staff were gorgeous - so polite and attentive.
Location was great - just a short walk to the village (quite steep to return). And yes, the road is quite tight and narrow but ok with our Corolla.
Food - an absolute highlight! Dinner and breakfast wonderful. Michelin quality. First class ingredients and presentation was superb.
An outstanding place to stay and highly recommended.
The pillows were horrible. Probably the worst I’ve ever slept on. But more than made up by the positives of the property!

建物隅々まで清掃が行き届いており綺麗。
料理も川魚の刺身を初め珍しい郷土料理から地元の食材を使った料理に味、見た目、量ともに申し分なし。
お米が美味しかった。
何よりスタッフの気配り、接客には頭が下がる。
とても最高の旅館を支えているのは、最高のスタッフがいてこそを忘れてはいけない。
旅館も生きていると言っても過言はないくらい、価値ある時間を過ごせます。スタッフの皆様ありがとうございました。

施設も綺麗でサービスも丁寧だった。食事も美味しかった。
食事の際に些細なことでもスタッフの方を呼びつけてしまうのが申し訳なく感じてしまった。タブレットで先に要件を伝えて持ってきてもらうような形式が気軽だと感じた。
