Hotel was fine, breakfast was great in quality and choice! Comfortable wear for inside Hotel provided for free; needed bath equipment like toothbrush etc. provided for free as well.
Beds were relatively hard.

The common bath was great, even though quite hot (over 40C). Rooms were great. Hotel had ample vending machines.
Breakfast was just OK. Not many services close to hotel.

As is so often the case in Japan, you can tell that the staff have done everything possible to provide you with good accommodation. The room was clean, the view was fine.
The air conditioning in the room is connected to a hotel-wide system. In this case, however, this means that it only heats you in the period defined as winter and only cools you in the period defined as summer. So if you are hoping for cooling and the general change to summer has not yet been completed...
