The room was very stylish and cool
There was some water outage a couple of times, the air conditioner didn’t work well.
The way to get in to the hotel was super narrow too, very tough to go through with a car.

The location (as a surfer) was great, 5 minutes walk down the stairs to the uluwatu paddle out spot then straight back up the stairs to the bars overlooking the wave.
I paid extra for the included breakfast but the options were very limited I should have saved the money and just bought breakfast off the menu it would have been cheaper.

It’s very nice traditional Balinese style. The property waa good
To enter the Villa is complicated, better to have a scooter. We stayed there for 5 days and never once our towels/bed were changed. On the last day we didn’t even get toilet paper. The shower head was pointing out the shower space and couldn’t move it so all the water was getting out. We went to have breakfast at 8am as they said they’d have from that time and when we went to the restaurant they told us there was no service until 30 mins later, which is inconvenient. You want to start your day early and head out to make the most of it, we had breakfast everyday at another hotel nearby. Reception weren’t too helpful as well, only the guy who greeted us on the first night who gave the scooter contact, the rest of the others very poor interactions.
