The apartment is very spacious and consists of a large, very bright room with a double sofa bed, television and dining table, two very elegant bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with three single beds), a well-equipped kitchen and two large complete bathrooms with shower.
The house is elegantly furnished in a classic style and retains some details typical of the Tuscan tradition such as the ceiling with exposed wooden beams and the terracotta floor.
Central Strozzi is located on the third floor without a lift; here you will find internet with unlimited Wi-Fi and independent heating.

This is a nice apartment. It has recently renovated bathrooms and kitchen. There are dishes and pans for cooking but no basic pantry items like spices. There is a nice laundry washer and drying rack. The beds are comfy and linens nice. The AC is fair, like other b&b's in Italy, it cools but doesn't dehumidify so it's not great for allergy sufferers but better than nothing. It is on the 3rd floor, 60 steps up a steep narrow staircase so pack light. The staff was very responsive and easy to work with. The location is great. The furnishings are spare and the sofa is very worn. The WiFi is good.

Great location. Everything you need is close by, cafe, bakery, grocery, wine windows, museums, food, shopping. 15 minute walk to everything.

The property was clean and the area around the property is wonderful. The reason for the lower rating was the communication and attentiveness from the property manager/owner. The person checking us in was in a hurry was not friendly (like we were putting him out). The air conditioner did not work, bed was uncomfortable, the sheets/blankets were minimal and the furniture was shabby. Not really enjoyable.
