To start, Nikolina was an exceptional host. She arrived to greet us when we arrived and gave us a thorough explanation of the property and the areas of Dubrovnik, including recommendations. She was polite, friendly, and went above and beyond what would have been expected (including some support with transport back to the airport when we found ourselves in a pickle). Her welcome definitely made our holiday experience easier.
The property was spacious, and had everything we could have needed, including a TV, coffee machine, two bathrooms (one with bath) and a kitted out kitchen. It was quiet and felt safe. The location was also great, being a 10 minute Uber into the Old Town. The property was also close to a number of beaches, with the one we visited being a 5-10 minute or so walk away.
I wouldn’t think twice about recommending this property.

Goede locatie, parkeerplaats voor de wagen vlak voor de deur, goede communicatie met de hosts, twee badkamers, goedwerkende airco in beide slaapkamers en de leefruimte, rustige ligging.
Kleine buitenruimte (terras), moeilijk te vinden als je in het donker arriveert.

It is a comfortable, clean, and very well-equipped apartment, situated in a quiet location. I recommend it to anyone who appreciates peace and quiet. I would like to thank Ms. Nikolina for her help in organizing transport to the apartment and for her valuable tips regarding our stay in Dubrovnik.
