Work station and dining area It is a beautiful/comfortable condo with a fabulous oceanfront Open private balcony featuring a dining table and chairs and a chaise lounge. And fabulous lights to enjoy the ocean views anytime of day! Brand new. 65” flat screen TV, there is a modern kitchen with new stainless stove and microwave,New Refrigerator Corian counters and fiesta dishes and nice cookware. The unit has central air, washer and dryer, 1 1/2 baths, easy access to elevator. There is a heated oceanfront pool and changing facilities on the first floor. The building is conveniently located to area markets and restaurants. The Pyramid: Vacationing at the Pyramid is relaxing and beautiful, this landmark building is one of the best buildings on the beach, every unit features an oceanfront balcony for relaxing and enjoying the sunrise , Or to just sit and enjoy the ocean breezes . We were looking for a last-minute getaway for two, and this was the perfect place! Deb was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions. Some places in OC are getting a bit tired and run-down, NOT THE CASE here. New appliances, nice furnishings, tastefully decorated, exactly as described. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, linens and towels provided (less to pack). Having a door code meant we didn't have to carry a key (or risk losing it). Very relaxing, just what we wanted!

Great weekend trip! We loved our stay here! I stayed with my husband, 4 year old and 2 year old and we had a great time. The condo was super clean and spacious for my family. Deb was a wonderful host. Having the beach cabana and chairs readily available was a great bonus. We used her sheets, but you can bring your own if you like. Condo was packed with everything you need for your stay. The location was wonderful, steps to the beach and short drive to the boardwalk. The view from the balcony was amazing and so relaxing. Not loud or crowded building. Overall this condo was perfect for our family. 10/10 would recommended!

I do not have enough positive things to say about the property and the owner. The owner was so responsive to my million questions. The place was immaculate. Zero complaints!! One of the nicest places I have ever stayed!

We enjoyed our stay very much! We have now rented this place twice and plan to rent again! It’s very accommodating and Debbie is always quick to answer back. Our 1 year old loved it!

I was so fortunate to have found this well appointed condo -ocean front. Appliances were updated and the decor was beautifully done in a teal color - my favorite color. Contactless entry was super easy.

Supposedly clean sheets had a big glob of hair on them. Toilet was filthy. Potted plant in bathroom covered in dust.

Beautiful place!!
My wife & I Stayed here for a week with our almost 1 year old son & loved our stay! The full condo was very convenient having a little one. Beautifully decorated, location and view is great! Amazing being able to walk right onto the beach and not drive anywhere. The pool is also heated which is a plus for the little guy!! Will definitely be going back in the future!

Our stay was perfect! It was our first time as a family traveling with a 4 month old and the place could have not been more accommodating!! We enjoyed it so much and look forward to returning!

Completely Met Expectations
We had a great time in the condo mainly because it overlooked the ocean - that is just priceless. The interior was kept up-to-date; it had a complete and functioning kitchen and it seemed the beds had new, firm mattresses.
Initially we had a problem with wifi connection but since the owner was quick to respond and helpful it hardly impeded the quality of our stay.

This is such a beautiful condo. The decor is awesome, it was super clean, and it is just very comfy. The balcony (and the view) is amazing! The owner (Debbie) was very good at responding to any questions I had, which I appreciated. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Me and my family loved it! Thank you, Debbie!

I had a great time at this property! Deb was very accommodating and when I had questions or the odd issue, she replied within 10 minutes and was extremely helpful! The view can’t be beat, and it was such a sweet little place! Highly recommend!

Rented last minute and really enjoyed ourselves. Clean, comfortable and nice view. Nice tile work in bathrooms. Refrigerator had a loud noise but other than that, stove is nice and kitchen well stocked.

Great Getaway!
Ours was a last minute, off-season getaway. We had our choice of accommodations, selected this one, and it lived up to all expectations. The unit was exactly as pictured: nicely decorated, perfectly clean, and just the right size. We especially enjoyed the balcony with its spectacular view of the ocean!

Relaxing Get Away
The views were really nice of the beach. You can tell the owner spent a lot of time decorating and picking out great quality furniture. Just note that you'll have to bring your own sheets and TP but it's available for $30 so no big deal.

Short trip
We could tell the building is older But our room was very nice. It seems to be well taken care of with recent remolded. A HUGE plus for me was the quality of the kitchen supplies. Usually when I’ve stayed at condos like this I’ve had pieces together silverware and pots and pans so thin you couldn’t even cook without the food burning and sticking to the pan. That was not the case in this condo!

Loved staying here. The condo is just as nice as in the pictures. The property manager was super responsive with all my questions. Location was great - loved looking at the ocean from the spacious balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed to eat all our meals in. Would love to return!

Five of us stay for a quick girls weekend getaway. The condo was perfect! On the beach, clean, and had fun personal touches. It was well maintained which made it comfortable and easy to relax in. Check in and check out was a very simple process. We had a fabulous time!!

Perfect sisters retreat
My sisters and I were looking for a quiet few days away, and we couldn't have been more happy with this place! It was clean, cozy, nicely decorated, and had awesome views! We were very sad to leave. Deb is super nice, and answered all our emails promptly. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved this unit. It is the best property we have rented. The only feedback for the owner and renters is that the current wifi does not work well with Apple products a iPad or iPhone. I had to rent separately from Xfinity. I have teenagers and in today's age wifi is a MUST! Also I am a business owner and being connected is essential. Only other comment is the tub is flaking by the drain. Still gave it a five star because overall a fantastic place!
