We had a wonderful stay at Casalunga as a group of 12. The house is spacious, comfortable and fully equipped, with plenty of room for everyone both inside and outdoors.
What we especially loved was the location. The house stands on its own, surrounded by fields and the beautiful Tuscan countryside. It’s incredibly peaceful — no traffic or city noise, just the sounds of nature. At the same time, Casalunga is a great base for exploring Tuscany, with many beautiful towns, villages and attractions within easy reach.
Elena was a fantastic host and made our stay even better. She was always helpful and responsive, gave us plenty of useful advice and shared recommendations for interesting places to visit in the area.
A perfect place for a larger group looking for space, privacy, peace and an authentic Tuscan atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.
You need to drive around 3km on unpaved road to reach the house. There’s no air conditioning.
The information is included in description and we knew about it. There’s a lot of shade and old trees so plenty of space to escape from the heat.
