We had great view of the bridge. It was a good hotel for one night on the way south. The small pizza place round the corner was buzzing and good.
The beds were very solid. We weren't allowed to fill our flask with coffee, but were allowed to fill two paper cups and then fill the flask?!

Great location with a good onsen.
Bought room with onsen package but had to pay extra to use the pool which I thought was strange.

Clean easy access to train station.
No nesepresso water container for coffee maker. Technologyin the room needs modernization.

Lovely spacious room, convenient from station. Staff were lovely
Had to add an extra guest onto the reservation at the front desk (£30). However the room didn’t accomodate that extra (no extra towel, no extra coffee, no extra cup, pillow etc). Didnt really understand why I’m paying for an extra guest with no additional amenities for that guest! I explained to front desk but they were not massively helpful
