Great location we could walk to most of the things we wanted to see and the train the next morning. Room was comfortable and it was nice having a selection of shops in the lobby

The facility location
The beds are hard, room carpets are old, needs replacement. At least the room I was in

Lovely spacious room, convenient from station. Staff were lovely
Had to add an extra guest onto the reservation at the front desk (£30). However the room didn’t accomodate that extra (no extra towel, no extra coffee, no extra cup, pillow etc). Didnt really understand why I’m paying for an extra guest with no additional amenities for that guest! I explained to front desk but they were not massively helpful
