Richard is an incredible host - very hospitable and welcoming, lovely small touches with snacks, fruit and tea in the room. Great chats and makes you leave with a big smile on your face. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Liverpool!
Location is also very handy being a 5 minute walk away from airport.
Only small detail - hard to open bedroom window

The location, just a few minutes walk to the airport terminal for my early flight. The room was very comfortable and the house very cosy. Richard was the perfect host, very warm and welcoming. I will definitely stay again ahead of any future early morning flights.
Nothing.
