Burf-Day week retreat

I asked for help with some items for my girlfriends B-day and the staff delivered.

A/C units were difficult to figure out, but again.. I asked and staff was eager to help.

Great location.

Staff is very helpful and willing to help.

We didn't get a receipt of our business expenses. Expected to get a reipt on email, but it never came. Shower head on the first bathroom was broken.

Bar Staff was great. Room setup was nice and clean.

Washer and Dryer didn’t work and had to be replaced during our stay. The AC was leaking in the living room area. The jacuzzi tub timer wasn’t set correctly.

happy when i arrived and extremely frustrated during and angry when i left

the safe location and close to all local bars and restaurants

No tv in the bedrooms, they charged $1000USD sec deposit and told me it would be released in 48 hours and it wasnt. I upgraded to a jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi didnt work, they had the property look at it and said it was working at 80 degrees and the day we left it went up to 104 as expected. I asked to be refunded the upgrade cost because i didnt get what i paid for and they told me that wasnt their fault it didnt work and they would not refund the upgrade amount. they also wanted to charge me an extra $100 dollars for checking out 25-30 mins late.

glorious holiday

Clean: you can eat from the floor. Complete: appartement had all we needed: spacious beds, washing machine and dryer, plenty of aircos and bathroom, complete kitchen, big balcony with grill, pool and pool bar, fitness center

Nothing. just that opposite of the street they were building the whole week: bit noisy

cleanliness and close location to restaurants

extra charge to visit their nearby facilities rooftop pool. also the nearby construction but wasn’t too bad. the hotel should be honest and upfront and inform their guest and include in their ad so guest can decide whether to book.

I have reserved a room with 2 beds/2baths with a sea view and I paid extra for that. Very much extra. We were overlooking the construction site instead of the sea with a noise from early morning to late evening. All day long loud concrete drilling. There was a a huge patio with a hot tub (not available to use because of construction dust and noise), not available for food grilling either. One bedroom was overlooking the site, it was impossible to sleep there. my brother and sister had to move out and pay another $1300 in the next by building. we paid $2000 not in a season when I could rent a fantastic place for much much cheaper.

the amenities downstairs like pool and bar were in front of construction site as well. impossible to use because of the noise

Loud construction zone! Look at picture!

Location, Location, Location! Make sure you specifically ask for Ocean Front because the sight is deceptive with photos. There is construction going on until January 2023 & they try to put you in a room facing the construction with workers staring into your windows. You are woken up every morning with loud beeping and noise & it continues all day until around 6pm!

Very deceptive photos & descriptions of your room. No mention of loud construction & horrible views of the construction. Make sure you specifically ask for Ocean Front because the sight is deceptive with photos. There is construction going on until January 2023 & they try to put you in a room facing the construction with workers staring into your windows. You are woken up every morning with loud beeping and noise & it continues all day until around 6pm! Then, staff tries to upswell you to get an actual room that you can enjoy. Overall, bad business. Be upfront & honest!

Pinnacle resorts have three resorts literally next-door to each other BUT, you are NOT allowed to use other facilities such as 179, 180 and 220. Don't understand WHY!

Perfect Vacation

Everything was amazing, the staff are friendly and very willing to help. Location is perfect for the beach and dining. We will definitely return.

Absolutely will not recommend nor attempt to stay with pinnacle again…worst experience ever

The location was very convenient….weve been coming to Vallarta for ten plus years….we always wanted to try Pinnacle properties….it was our first and last stay with the organization…there is no room assignment upon booking (just a suggested room style) and there is little flexibility in changing or moving your room unless you want to pay an extra 500.00 USD per day to do so….we loved our housekeeper Blanca and wish more of the staff had her personality and friendliness !!! She was the highlight of the trip !!!

Our vacation was literally ruined by the construction across the street….which was never mentioned nor brought up in conversation at booking….there is new construction across the street and in the midst of Pulpito which was so loud you couldn’t have a conversation on the balcony….we were told it was not their responsibility to tell guests about it and that it was from 9am till 4 M-F and noon till 4 on saturdays….the employees all 35 of them began jackhammering at 715 am and didn’t stop till after 530…..and when we did try to sit on our balcony, we had no privacy period….we tried to work with the staff at checkin…..their response was that they had two or three penthouses which would run us another 500-1000 USD per day…..and absolutely nothing else available….in essence….we just had to deal with it…..

great facility in the perfect location with excellent amenities.

the location. the decor. the lobby bar. all great.

the only negative thing was the speed of the wifi. it was quite slow. I guess there was construction across the street, but it didn’t bother us at all.

Would be great but they need to be more upfront about construction projects.

Property is amazing and the staff is very attentive and customer focused. The rooms are cleaned expertly by the nicest house keepers. Overall, the staff know the downsides of the property and absolutely do what they can to distract from that.

Okay, so the property lists that there is some construction nearby. However, in photos and descriptions this is absolutely downplayed. Nearly every room will be bombarded by construction workers and noise all day, every day except for sunday. At these prices, it would be okay for some nearby construction noise; however, upon arriving you will discover that you've paid a premium price to stay literally 10 feet away from a construction site. If you like being woken up at 9 am to a jackhammer, circular saw and drill 20 feet from your face, this is for you. The property needs to be more upfront about this. We felt deceived.

Location was in the romantic zone, close to beach and restaurants.

A little hilly for older visitors. Construction across street partially blocked view and was noisy.
