Nice location but unfriendly receptionist!

Convenient location , very close to everything. They offered great discounts at the Italian restaurant downstairs. Comfy beds.

The receptionist lady insisted in a deposit to be paid upfront per room in cash. However we had a lot of issues with the ATMs and could not pay it. But she kept on insisting in paying that in a very impolite way when we had not even had dinner. Did not even worry about us and just kept on asking about the deposit, which they would have returned anyways the next day.

Precioso y cuidado hotel cerquita de todo

Me gusto lo lumpio ordenado y ma amabilidad.

Lo cerca de los restaurantes...pero despues de las 23 se duerme rico :)

ACEPTABLE

Ubicación excelente Desayuno aceptable, era continental y venia incluido. Descuento en el restaurante del 30% Limpieza ok

Ruidos muy molestos ya que el restaurante italiano se encuentra abajo a cielo abierto que da con las habitaciones del hotel. No es ideal para dormir ya que desde las 6 am arrancan con la apertura. La humedad que habia en nuestra habitacion era insoportable. La ducha casi se inundaba cada vez que nos bañabamos Lei que el Wifi no funcionaba bien y supuestamente el servicio tecnico vendria pronto, pero creo que es algo que les dicen a todos. Por el precio que pagamos, no podiamos pretender demasiado.

Centrally located hotel for party people

Very central location. Guests receive 30% discount on the restaurant menu downstairs. Stuff was friendly and ready to help - this is the only reason why I give more than 1 star, however it was the worst experience ever.

It was impossible to sleep there even with earplugs. There is no noise reduction in the room, so you hear the loud noise from the street (2 bars in the hood with live music till 3-5am) and everything that happens in the restaurant downstairs. This was not the reason for a refund according to the property management. Continental breakfast was very plain - per person we received a basket with 2 slices of bread, one small pack of jam and butter, cup of coffee and a fruit plate. Overall - is not worth the money!

The payment is in USD, be aware, if you pay in Pesos, you end up paying much more due to an unrealistic exchange fee. I thought we are in Mexico, not in USA. Not everyone is from there and has USD. We red in the comments that it’s really loud at night. We have been in noisy hotels so we didn’t mind for one night. But man, we had no idea. we never experienced anything as loud as that in a Hotel. The irish bar around the corner has live rock music, the whole room was shaking. We did feel the vibration of it. The shower, it’s like a blocked garden hose.

Sweet and Central

Lovely little hotel, very helpful staff, the room was clean and spacious with basic amenities, the styling of. the room was not exactly as shown in pictures, much more basic than I expected but still nice. The bed is lovely and big, very comfortable, we had a street view overlooking all the nightlife of 5th Ave. the cost was very reasonable and you could say even on the bargain side, they even gave us a free boutique continental breakfast with sweet tropical fruits, toast with jam, granola with yogurt and coffee with juice. A real treat. extremely central to the middle of the shopping district which makes it great for heading up and down the road.

On the street it can be a little loud with music pumping for the evening but all in all was a good vibe and it does get quiet the later it gets.

Low price for low facilities

- The room (suite) was big and pretty - The location is good

- Noise! There is so much noise from the restaurant because it's the same hall as the hall for the rooms AND the noise from the nextdoor bars with love music until 1am. There is practically no isolation for noise (The hotel can fix this!) - The breakfast is in the nextdoor restaurant and they only give drinks and small yogurt and small bread (no eggs, no waffles, if you want you can add 100+ peso for something to eat in there 👎) - The shower had low current and ONLY hot water it was very very hot and hard to shower

Rooms were nosy. No elevator. No hotel key card. You need to walk around with an awkward big key. Definitely not a 4 -Star hotel as advertised on Booking.com

breakfast was not good. location of the hotel is quite good. nothing amazing about this hotel, just a fair stay.

the location, close to 5th Avenue, Most restaurants, beaches and shops

smell in the room and bathroom were strong due to lack of air venting. breakfast is not worth being included in the price of the room. we were being asked for a deposit that wasn’t mentioned on booking. cleaning lady was reporting any missing towels in the rooms to the reception.

Being on 5th Ave is blessing and curse, if your a light sleeper you wont like. Bed was stiff and hard, shower pressure n

On 5th Avenue, 7min walk to the beach

the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever experienced in my life, shower pressure is not good at all, loud due to the fact that it’s on 5th Ave. Continental breakfast from the restaurant is meager and not worth it.

Pleasant

It was super clean and the cleaning ladies were perfect.

The room was facing 5th avenue and it was very noisy. Humidity was very high despite a/c and the fan. Breakfast was very basic (toast, butter and jam, fruit)and same every day (7days). Bathroom is ensuite and IS A PART OF A ROOM (no door). No place to dry your stuff.

Really great hotel, breakfast isn't great, very basic... but the room with the bath is just the best so totally worth it. Gym just across the road. It can be a little noisy because of the restaurant but you know that when you book.

I preferred to be out all the time, since it was not my plan

I had high expectations of the hotel, and the only thing that they really gave me was the location, I really wanted to relax, but it was not like that, the bathtub was only used once, I think it has never been maintained and I did not feel like spending a long time there, the wifi in my room did not reach the signal, the TV only had very local local channels, I found a cockroach in my room and it had many mosquitoes, apart from that there was a light that they never turned off and there were no thick curtains to avoid the light, the Breakfast was super basic, in the end I had high expectations and came back with a bad taste in my mouth, its only big plus is that it's right next to 5th Avenue, the rest I've been to better ones with a lower cost
