Both Karen and Diego are amazing hosts of The Lemon Tree and offered a warm welcome and stay for our final days in Sicily. Definitely pick the first evening dinner as not only is it authentic Sicilian food, the view over Taormina and the sea is gorgeous. Great location to visit everything in the area.

Our apartment at the lemon tree was very nice and clean. It had all the amenities to make it a comfortable stay away from home. Located on a small mountain, the view of Taormina and the city was incredible from our apartment. Also very close drive to the beaches but if you wanted to stay at home the large pool and lounge beds were an excellent addition. There are of course endless amounts of lemons available upon request!
The only real downside was the shower and the bed. The temperature of the shower was very inconsistent, changing from hot to cold frequently throughout your shower. The bed was also a bit short in length for my husband of 183cm which made for an slightly uncomfortable sleep.

Had a fantastic stay at the Lemon tree. Our apartment was perfect, had everything we needed. It had great facilities including a bar. Swimming pool was great. The staff and owners were lovely and very friendly, especially Riccardo who was there for anything we needed. Lots of great recommendations for restaurants and local activities. You would need to hire a car to get here, but definitely worth it. Taormina is about a 15 min drive away.
Nothing I didn’t like about the property would just say you need to drive everywhere. We stayed at the villa most days because it was perfect though !
