The service staff are friendly and attentive with great initiative, making the overall experience wonderful.Especially Star, the Front Office Manager, delivered excellent service. He was considerate and took the initiative to assist me.

Отличный вид, отличный номер, отличная кровать, отличный завтрак, приветливый персонал.
Персонал не говорит по ангийски, только один менеджер помог нам. Общаться сложно очень. Нужен депозит, в условиях бронирования это неуказанно. В номере для некурящих очень сильный запах сигарет!!! Течет ванна которая по средине номера, очень скользкие полы!!! Можно легко подскользнуться и упасть что у нас и произошло.
