The location was extremely convenient
The ensuite facilities were awesome. Good Hot Shower, with no limit of hot water.
Bed was a king size, which was extremely comfortable.
It would have been nice to have a bar with extended service after 10pm.
The bar / dining area would have been nice to have a Sports TV.

Brubru Lodge is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The staff was very very nice to us. The restaurant is very good (one of the bests we had in the region). The place is super charming, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend!!

It was empty, no people when we came, so this was the only plus. Swimming pool was the only attraction there..
Whole hotel was empty and we got room with the view to the backyard, seeing workers living in some tent, getting up at 5am, and making a lot of noises by setting up everything and running a generator to get electricity. Quite often there was no electricity, because they forgot to put it on, or didn't turn it on purposely. No interest in rooms, only at the roof terrace, where it was really cold ! Breakfast was as everywhere in Tanzania -poor, I believe I got food poisoning there. Coffee was terrible. Nowhere in the nearest proximity to go to eat, so the only option was their 'pizza' and fries. You waited for it more than 1h and it was cold and looked like was lying in fridge few days... I'm super disappointed..
