Nestled in Lexington, this attractive cottage for $145 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Charming cottage home sets on a quaint 20 acre farm with horses and a vineyard situated 10 minutes from downtown Lexington and Midway and 15 minutes from Keeneland and the Horse Park. We are near I-64 conveniently on the same side to get to the Bourbon Distilleries in Versailles, Frankfort and getting to Louisville Churchill Downs. You get to enjoy the best of both worlds with the city and the country combined. Accommodations are a quaint cottage guest house behind the owners main house on the farm. The cottage offers plenty of privacy. knotty pine floors, house has been renovated completely, updated, microwave, full-size refrigerator, two cable TV' and WiFi. Towels and Linens provided.Fully furnished with a stocked kitchen to cook whatever you like, one bedroom with king size bed and privacy, two twin beds in a common area, full-kitchen, living room area and one bathroom. There are no neighbors. Dogs are allowed upon approval before arrival and fee is 25.00 per day for each dog. Dog rules must be met

This home was absolutely wonderful. Such a nice relaxing break from the busy of sight seeing and visiting town. Off the beaten path but not too far from restaurants and downtown Lexington. The perfect place to stay!

After enjoying the scenic and beautiful drive to the property, you’re gonna find yourself, surrounded by quiet and relaxing scenery, friendly horses, a clean and cozy place to say with added benefit of a private and cozy campfire. We had an accommodating enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

My husband, our Corgi, and I had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It is a beautiful location and the cottage itself has much to offer, we only wish we could've stayed longer. The cottage is equipped with anything you might want for a comfortable stay and to serve, or cook, meals. Bedroom comfortable with king bed and plenty of room to spread out.

We enjoyed staying at the property as we were looking for something rural and near horse farms. They have horses on the property. You’ll be close to Lexington, Georgetown, Versailles and Midway. Leslie and Al are great! Would definitely come back!

This was exactly what we wanted. A place with ambiance and local flavor that was close to Keeneland! Cute cottage. Beautiful land surrounding it with horses we could pet and a vineyard. We cooked a nice dinner and threw a football around the vast flat yard. It felt like we were staying in a warm, cozy relatives little house!

This was our first Vrbo. We were well pleased. The cottage was clean and comfortable. Close to everything we wanted to do in Lexington and Georgetown. We were able to bring our dog and she had a large beautiful yard to run and exercise. Our hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. We will book this spot again. Thank you Leslie for a wonderful place to stay.

We had an exceptional stay. The cottage was well equipped and comfortable. The views of the horse farm and vineyards when we sat outside and watched the sunset by the fire pit are a memory that I will always treasure.

My sister's and I stayed at this lovely cottage for one night on a weekend trip to the lexington area! Our long weekend was split between lexington and Red River Gorge...but I absolutely wish we had more time here! The cottage was clean, cozy, and comfortable! Check in process was easy as pie. As someone who adores horses and works in the horse industry, I was very excited to stay on a horse farm! Amazing to be able to visit with the horses! The vineyard was gorgeous as well, wish we had more time to explore the property and sample wines! Wonderful peaceful experience!

We had a delightful time in this cottage on the farm. A lot of history to the property, and a beautiful view of the horses, vineyard, and sunsets. Conveniently located in the middle of Lexington's attractions. Leslie was in contact with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a pleasure to meet and converse with her and Al.

A lovely country cottage close to the city. We spent time talking and laughing, the four of us sitting out back and watching the sun set while horses grazed in the nearby pasture. Grape vines next door and beautiful trees all around. A comfortable place inside and out with a well appointed kitchen. Enjoyed it immensely and would go back.

The property was very nice. Well maintained with a historical charm that we just loved. Easy access to Lexington, KY and the bourbon distillery's while still in a country setting. Highly reconned staying at this property. The property owners were very attentive if needed, but left us to ourselves.

House is located on a beautiful horse farm 10 mins from downtown Lexington and Keeneland. Terrific spot to relax and unwind. Owners house is located next door and they were terrific. There are several thoroughbred horses on the property. My wife enjoyed feeding them while I hit golf balls on the property. This property is a gem in the middle of horse country!

Very cute and clean cottage! Leslie checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We appreciated being able to bring our 2 dogs. We found it easy to get around Lexington. It was a great getaway! I hope we can go back and stay again!

Very cute and cozy cottage on a beautiful property. Bonus that it's on a winery and you can try their wine! We witnessed an amazing sunset and woke up to horses grazing near by. The owner/ main house does over look the front of cottage so there's not total privacy but we would definitely stay again. Loved this spot!

This place and the hosts were the best! Such a beautiful property! We can’t wait to go back. Everything was clean and thoughtful! My favorite extras were the down comforter on the king bed, a candle was lit when we arrived so it smelled so nice and there was also bottled water in the kitchen! Our host went above and beyond by carrying in our giant yeti cooler upon request! So personable and helpful! We really felt at home and welcomed.

We loved staying in Allen and Leslie's guest house. It is so welcoming and clean. And such attention to details (in the kitchen, the burning scented candle when we arrived, the white linen and bedding). Highly recommended.
