We had an amazing stay at the Villa Santorini, my siblings, and I have not been together for Christmas in over 10 years. In addition, my son got married in Chesterton, so we planned to do both in one weekend! The house was just perfect. Even in the off-season the view was amazing. The spaciousness was perfect for the size of our families. Thank you so much for being so easy to communicate with and making our stay extra special. There was a Christmas tree already set up in the living room, which was perfect since we were celebrating our family Christmas too! We will definitely keep this house on our “family planning” getaways for the future!! God Bless Kelli B

I have debated long and hard about reviewing this property and ultimately decided to because if any of you, like us, had really high expectations, you should know the truth... The neighborhood was very dingy as was the outside of the home. Inside was very pretty and in many ways, as shown in the photos. However, if you took a closer look, there were cobwebs everywhere. There was a massive spot in the kitchen above one of the cabinets by the ceiling that was absolutely covered in cobwebs and had been up there so long was covered in bugs and dust. It was very off putting. The functionality of the home also disappointed. We had 24 people there to cook for and half of the grill didn't work, one of the 2 ovens was broken and 2 of the burners on the stove were out. The property manager apparently knew about all of this because we heard from maintenance when we called them that apparently all new appliances had been ordered. However, despite letting them know that we would have 24 people in this house for 3 days, they failed to mention that half of our cooking appliances were broken resulting in it taking twice as long to cook everything. Lastly, the view was spectacular and there was a very spacious deck with multiple seating areas to accommodate everyone however it was also filthy. The corner with the hot tub unusable. "Don't look up" has new meaning.

Had my husband’s 75th birthday celebration here and invited his family. House was well equipped for us to BBQ and feed our guests and everyone enjoyed the house and the beach although parking was a big issue especially with several older adults having to be shuttled back and forth because of parking restrictions but overall a great experience😃

Everything was super nice and all kitchen cooking utensils were available. Extra bath and beach towels, hot top. Master suite has a great jacuzzi and steamer, very relaxing, I would highly recommend it and for sure myself and family will be back. The host was always available by phone or texting.
