About this apartment rental

Penthouse apartment featuring soaring ceilings, exquisite finishes, just steps from the new Yale School of Management. The apartment has two bedrooms and 1 bath and has been completely renovated and furnished with the highest of quality. This light-filled space is furnished with mid-century modern furniture, comfy Beautyrest beds, a fully stocked kitchen and sumptuous bath with Egyptian cotton towels and a fabulous private roof terrace.

Marc does a wonderful job hosting at his property. A great location to access events on campus at Yale & centralized to walk to nearly all the wonderful markets & restaurants. Very quiet street & residential accommodation, Marc has a prime spot for New Haven visitors!

One of the best VRBO experiences I’ve ever had. It is a hike up those outdoor back stairs to the top, but great location, reserved parking space, stocked with snacks, great communication, very comfortable space. Would definitely stay again.
