深夜帯の降雨時に、雨漏りなのか、結構な長い時間、屋根裏の方でボツボツという音が響き続け、睡眠の妨げになったこと

ビジネス利用の旨を伝えたら、12時まで滞在ＯＫとなった。実際は11時前にはチェックアウトしたが、余裕があるのがありがたい。
浴室のタイル割れなど、室内あちこちに設備の劣化がみられる。料金と利便性を考慮すれば我慢できる範囲。でも惜しい。
