Room was clean. Staff were helpful even though there were language problem. We needed to see a doctor, after involving many people to communicate our issue, hotel staff arranged transportation for us to see a doctor. Location was great
Hotel did not provide address in mandarin, had difficulty getting a cab because the drivers did not know recognise the destination in english. Had to make an international call to their front desk but got the automated response which hung up after language selection. Tried calling twice and got hung up on twice. Also, there wasnt a single staff who could understand even basic english. Made communication very difficult.
We had a queen and sofa bed configuration. The sofa bed was not comfortable. There were 2 separate pieces which were not joined properly, so the sofa bed kept separating.

This place was perfect! It’s a short walk to the Huangshan park bus station, the rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel restaurant has delicious and cheap food (the sweet and sour pork and the mapo tofu was incredible), and the staff were very helpful and kind 😊

Location, comfortable rooms , good breakfast and great Staff
Newly opened Hotel situated 7 minutes away from South Gate Enterence to Huangshan, with lots of eating and shopping places.
Good size room, clean and comfy.
