The hotel location is good. It is approximately 15 minutes from Munich Hbf. Our request to keep the luggage for a while after we checked out was gladly accepted. The room was clean and tidy. It was serviced even though we didn't request it but all was well haha. The staff is wonderful and very kind and helpful. Food delivery from UberEats was also reditected to our room and verified by the reception via call to us. We would prefer to stay here again next time !

The room was pretty with a balcony, but the layouts of the beds put together (two twins) made it hard to cuddle as the beds were moving away from each other ^^
The hotel is beautiful, could be more central but it‘s in Munich‘s central zone :)
The breakfast was tasty and the staff absolutely lovely, especially Maurizio was super caring and attentive!!
Could be a little more central perhaps (but I think that‘s a general Munich problem, that everything seems to be a little further apart than other cities 😄)
And of course, could be cheaper, but that’s Munich to you 🤷🏼♀️ (also, this was one of the least pricy things)

Good location, easy to access the Olympia park.
Carpets were a bit old and rather stained.
Our safe broke while were using it

5-in-one toiletries were not very nice. Could do with dedicated shampoo/soap at least. Not even a standalone hand soap!
