My first experience with B&B and I was favorable impressed. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Plenty of towels.
Lots of door slamming which was a shame because the hotel is otherwise very well insulated and I heard no other noise. I suggest that the hotel put up notices suggesting that guests close their doors quietly.

Very well located in Olympiapark near supermarkets and Underground
Clean and quiet
Not possibility for breakfast but next is some coffee shop that opens from 6 in the morning with very good food (Wimmer)
Cold reception guy not well informed about the city, environmental stickers for cars and general information.
We discovered everything about Münich by ourselves.

Functional chain hotel similar in concept to a Budget low cost airline with no frills. Electronic check in, paid underground parking and good location across a mall and near McDonald’s.
No tea coffee/no fridge/ small room size, one sliding door for both WC and shower so only one person can have privacy. You get what you pay for
