Lokalizacja bardzo fajna , 150 m do metra , śniadanie w tym samym budynku w prywatnej piekarni - bardzo smaczne i w przyzwoitej cenie
Korzystam z tego hotelu od wielu lat z przyjemnością , hotel w przyzwoitej cenie , czysty , dobrze położony, przeżyłem nawet remont -było trochę brudno ale ok , zawsze fajna i miła obsługa . Wszystko było ok aż do ostatniego pobytu.
Przyjechaliśmy ,dostaliśmy kod do pokoju i zaczęło się : pokój brudny ,śmierdzący z wyrwanym ,otwartym oknem którego nie można było zamknąć ( nasuwa się pytanie ktoś sprzątał ten pokój , ktoś to odbierał ?)Po interwencji w recepcji dostaliśmy kod do kolejnego pokoju -pokój brudny ,śmierdzący papierosami ale to tak jakby ktoś przed chwilą skończył w nim palić ( znowu nasuwa się pytanie -ktoś ten pokój sprzątał ? odebrał).Kolejna interwencja w recepcji , kolejny kod ,kolejny pokój -pokój generalnie brudny , zapuszczony, śmierdzący potem. Tak wyglądał tam pobyt. Szkoda bo kiedyś było fajnie.

Schlicht, aber saubere und moderne Zimmer. Offene, große Dusche. Unweit der U-Bahnstation Olympia-Einkaufszentrum. Für kurze Geschäftsreisen günstig. Eine Bäckerei nebenan ist für das Frühstück praktisch.
Die Schiebetür mit Zugang zur Toilette, oder restlichem Bad fand ich mit der Zeit etwas unpraktisch. Hier hätte ich eine "normale Türe" angenehmer empfunden. Für den kurzen Aufenthalt allerdings vollkommen in Ordnung.

Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber vom Olympia EKZ und ist somit auch gut angebunden an die U-Bahn.
Der Preis war okay.
Unser Zimmer war leider im Souterrein, was für zwei Mädls nicht ganz so angenehm war in der Nacht. Zusätzlich war es leider so kalt im Zimmer trotz „Heizungslüftung“. Und da es das ganze Wochenende geregnet hat, war es im Zimmer immer klamm/feucht und hatte um die 17/18 Grad. Wir haben uns beide nach dem Wochenende leider eine Lungenentzündung geholt. Kann das Hotel also nicht empfehlen.

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr gut! Sehr sauberes Hotel, nettes Personal und nur wenige Meter von der U-Bahn entfernt. Kommen gerne wieder!
Das einzige was man bemängeln kann, ist dass der Abfluss in der Dusche etwas verstopft war und man konnte die Fenster nicht öffnen um zu lüften.

Very good located - we came for concert and we were happy to simply walk to the venue through park. Staff was really nice and welcoming.
Room was small, perfect for travelling with little luggage.
There’s bakery, stores and even shopping mall next to hotel, so everything is covered in case of forgetting anything.
There’s vending machine inside, if shops are closed late at night.
Housekeeping walked on us twice - if anyone want to sleep little bit longer should remember to hang note tag outside the room.

Was not clean,, faund one bug on my bed, the water boiler was not clean, and laud due construction works.. The bug must be still 8n the room because I just drop it off from bed

Great location for a sports event attended nearby. Lovely and warm. 3 supermarkets nearby. Metro 5 mins walk away. Good value location if you don't want to stay in central Munich.

The room was very small and convenient, no additional fancy stuff. It was clean, had a toilet, sink and shower and of course a comfortable bed. For a business trip it was excellent. The nearby bakery was very nice to have breakfast at.
Perhaps a proper working place, a sink at the toilet room and also a refrigerator, but in total it was perfectly fine without those things.
