It was clean and the kitchen was really clean and they had put fresh towel for the kitchen soap . Microwave and a small fridge.
The manager accommodated our needs but I had sent an email months before we arrived.
The bed was so uncomfortable and not even utensils to use .
The room was not cleaned as we forgot to leave the keys.

The location was in a quiet pretty neighbourhood and easy to go everywhere from there because the tram station was close enough. There were quite a few breakfast places and coffee shops around. I loved the fact that it had a massive supermarket in the property - it was extremely helpful. The Italian restaurant below the hotel was also exceptional.
The bed sheet was dirty and even after housekeeping changed the first one, the second one was a bit dirty as well. there were what looked like coffee stains on the wallpaper in the passage. my room didn't have any of the crockery and cutlery that the room was supposed to be equipped with. the bottom of the cupboard looked dusty as well. overall I didn't love the cleanliness of the hotel.
Daily housekeeping wasn't a part of their routine. The guest had to inform them before 6 pm if they needed the room to be cleaned the next morning - this was a big inconvenience. They should write it in their details on the website; rather than informing guests at check in.

Bed was nice and big. Staff were friendly (all except one lady). Room was fine once i finally got into one that worked. Reasonably good value for money.
Had to switch rooms twice. Once for smell. Once for problems with water. Not awesome.
Arranged and confirmed later checkout time but both house keeping and the reception on the day of hadn't been informed and came calling. Annoying.
Lastly, the kitchen didn't have any plates, cutlery or cooking stuff unless you specifically ask for. Felt like that might've been good info to tell me at check-in so i didn't have to come down extra to reception.
