Pretty little hotel in a great location!
No cream with the coffee set-up in our room. Not a big deal as there is a very nice breakfast/coffee situation from 7-10. I had gone back to the room in the afternoon to regroup and wanted a cup of coffee…the front desk employee was kind enough to get some milk for me!

Very close to Oktoberfest and very clean.
The elevator broke one of the days during my stay and the room was really warm.

The staff was amazing! A special thank you to a very special Natalia at the breakfast station. Also, the bartender (the gentleman in the band) was very personable and made our experience quite memorable. Beds were extremely comfortable!
We appreciated the stay and when back in Munich, we would definitely stay there again. I only wished they had a different water (other than cucumber water) available at the front desk. Maybe orange or lemon…or even plain water would be nice.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff (Spanish lady at the reception was remarkable) and cute room overlooking the Theresuenwiese, on a clear day the Alps can be seen and the beautiful churches of Munich, included major visit locations.
It is a personal choice not a critic, I prefer softer matresses but the room and everything was perfect, just a little had for my taste.
