The convenient location, breakfast options, dinner menu/restaurant, overall comfortably attractive furnishings and pricing made it a pleasant stay and good value. Hotel and food service staff throughout were excellent and respectful.
Street car noise during the day, though not noticeable during the night.

The location was excellent and the staff were amazing.
There wasn’t air conditioning in our room and the noise from outside (traffic and people) was very loud. There were no tea/coffee facilities in our room. We purchased our own electric jug. The fridge wasn’t cold enough for us spoilt Aussies who like our drinks icy cold. The was a pedestal fan supplied.

The breakfast was average. The food was replenished after delay or on making request.
The location was very good. The closure of the road in front was a handicap.
No arrangement for making tea in the room which requires boiling water. Small electric kettle should be provided. The hotel offered to bring hot water to the room which was not satisfactory.
The shower cabin was imperfectly made. Water would flow out on the floor and come into the room. We used multiple towels to keep the floor dry. Complaints to the front desk had no effect.
