The room is well decorated and location is excellent
The receptionists made the experience quite unpleasant. We interacted with 3 receptionists during our stay and all of them were unfriendly and dismissive. Made me really wonder how the hotel trained them.
The female staff at check-in was rude. We have a booking via Booking.com and noted early arrival. We got a reply from the hotel that they noted on our request but cannot guarantee as it would be subject to availability. Sure we understand.
We arrived in the morning and the receptionist said the room is not available yet and once it’s available it will be “10 euro” per hour until normal check-in time. I said I understood the room wasn’t ready but I was never informed of this fee otherwise I would have booked other hotel.
She asked where I booked and said ahhh you should have booked directly with the hotel so all info is provided then just shrugged. I said but the hotel staff corresponded to me and showed her the message. She just made some faces, said nothing she could do, and that it’s still early. She did these while doing some paperwork and barely making eyes contact, instead of properly attending to her guest. She didn’t seem to understand that I didn’t complain that the room isn’t ready but rather that the fee wasn’t communicated prior (actually I looked up the hotel website I also don’t see this info.) Terrible service and attitude from this staff.
The other two receptionists were better but still rather unpleasant and dismissive when being asked simple questions. For example, I booked two rooms with the same booking on booking.com but I added guest names for each room. when I came back later to check in the guy asked for my last name and I informed him. He said you have one room booked. I corrected that it’s two rooms. While he was checking in the system I said it’s in my mom’s name and she also has the same last name. He appeared annoyed and saying it’s still separate booking (Well - to me I only made one booking altogether).

Very convenient location, depending on your need. Large and comfortable bed, spacious bedroom, good atmosphere and music in the lobby. For a layover that's ok.
The loo was dirty but I noticed before going to bed, and generally the bathroom isn't the most practical. Someone was like punching the door in the middle of the night, ot woke me up and I could no longer sleep.

Room is clean
Reception area is very smelly and messy
Staff are not attending customer by Q but randomly customer keep jumping and not paying attention for her waiting for the turn .
Hotel should pin the parking area in google map .
Hotel should provide parking slot for dropping bags.
