4. Good brakefast but not the coffee... the food is truly amazing and the tea is among the best! it's an actual tea pot with good amount of teas to choose from for yourself + loved the Nutella Dispenser, good food and amazing breakfast.
5. Truly enjoyed the stay outside near the fountain.
1. Room is nice but feels a touch basic to be honest (shower is simple for example) it's basic functional properly but doesn't feel too indulgence - just works don't.
2. Coffee isn't the best.. the Machine uses real beans but just doesn't get it right.
3. Spa area again - it's works it's nice... they have cold pool, Sauna but nothing left too amazing.

Room was nice, spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Location. Stones throw away from main train station and about 15 min walk to Marienplatz. But because it’s near the train station it is very sketchy and dirty.
