The rooms are clean big the AC is very good. The view is a nice.
first of all the guy in the reception give me a wrong room number, and I took my stuff by myself. There is no help. There is no staff helping me with my luggage and he give me a wrong room number. I went there. I knocked the door and I was embarrassed cause one guy tell me what you are doing in my room, blah blah blah blah blah, and I go again to him in the reception. He gave me the right room number and I took my luggage again there there is no one helping you there in this hotel

On first day, the room was too cold.
There was no tissue paper in room, there was one in toilet but in room there was not.
There was no bottle of water to be used by electrical kettle.
It is a lower than medium hotel
