It’s been a while since I’ve written a review mentioning a receptionist by name, but Anna really deserves it. She was genuinely kind, welcoming, supportive, and very helpful throughout our stay.
She gave us very useful advice about changing from the apartment to a regular hotel room because the apartment was quite hot (it was August). Since we are traveling with a baby and still needed a kitchen, she kindly arranged for us to keep access to the apartment kitchen even after changing rooms.
The hotel itself also has a very nice garden, in addition to the lovely park just behind the hotel, which was great for walking and relaxing. The free and safe parking outside the hotel was another big plus for us. We also really liked the room balcony, which made the stay even more comfortable.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and Anna’s kindness and professionalism made a real difference. Thank you, Anna!

Beautiful property! We loved the calm feeling of the beautiful courtyard and adjacent park, and at the same time being very close to downtown Munich. The bus stop is very close, making this a good place to stay and use public transportation to travel around the city.
No Air conditioner, but they provide a large fan to help circulate air. You can also open the doors and let fresh air in.

Price was good for Munich.
In general, not friendly , no A/C summer time, not super clean. Overall, worst hotel in my entire trip central europe 2 weeks.
