The location was nice, close to center yet silent and nice neighborhood. The lovely room layout was nice, spacious enough and well designed, every essential tool had their own and accessible space.
Carolina greeted me early in the morning with a happy smiling face and helped me to have an early checkin after a long night flight. She made sure my stay was good and I felt so happy to find such a nice person with every other member of the staff I have met there.
I would prefer less softer pillows but did not ask for it maybe the hotel provides it.
I would love to have coffee in my room but barista coffee from the lobby is to be purchased to enjoy in the room so no problem.

It’s unique look.. vibe.. very close to everything . Tramline is just across the road. Gorgeous buffet breakfast served .

The hotel is very nice and modern, with a lounge with comfortable chairs and sofas. The room was basic but equipped with all things needed. Bed was super comfy. The breakfast had a great choice of food and the space for it is really nice. The staff is amazing and ready to give you tip, provide support and hold your luggage for a stroll after check-out. Absolutely top.

The style and the way you check in looks nice but the corridors are not looking very good and very dull
The bed, sheets and the cushion was the worst I could imagine to be very honest. Also they did not have any sleepers in the room which is very surprising for the kind of money the charge.
