Un buon hotel vicino al centro

Vicino al centro, dotato di parcheggio, ti offrono la colazione, staff cordiale. In 10 minuti sei in piazza

Porta d'ingresso a volte chiusa, a volte aperta, orari della reception non molto chiari. Stanze un po' datate

Zwei Nächte Freitag-Sonntag.

Zentrale Lage

Extrem hoher Preis (ca. 355 EURO pro Nacht), darum Preis/Leistungsverhältnis trotz Oktoberfest ungenügend, sehr kleines Einzelzimmer. Zimmer/Badezimmer soweit sauber. Der Teppich im Lift müsste einmal ersetzt werden, ist sehr schäbig! Sehr kleiner Lift für so ein grosses Haus. TV-Gerät hat bei gewissen Sendern "geruckelt" - kein sauberes Bild.

Clean hotel with friendly staff and very well located.

The hotel and parking were a little bit tight for space but for the centre of a city i guess it's to be expected. The amenities were good and the staff helpful. The hotel is very well located and i found everything to be with in walking distance.

Would return!

I had a wonderful stay here and would definitely return! It’s convenient to walk to the main square , great run spot close by , good restaurant and bar options close by and the staff were lovely .

Nice room, very convenient position

Nice and simple accommodation, conveniently located very close to Sendlinger Tor subway station and close to restaurants and cafes.

The room might get a bit hot in summer due to the absence of air conditioner.

Facility is good. Very clean. The room is a bit too small but comfortable enough. Location with easy access to all points I needed.

My usual breakfast is a croissant and coffee. Hotel promised provide them. But they are missing always when I came: at 8 a.m., 8:30 a.m., or 9 a.m. When I asked a receptionist, an elderly man, if it possible to get a croissant, he was very rude. He told: 'No. I speak with another guest.' Actually he was just chatting in German with a guest drinking coffee. The younger receptionist was very nice and polite but he just told that croissants finished. Coffee was good.

Great option

Location is awesome. In less than 15 min walking you can access most famous touristic areas of Munich.

My noisy neighbors having fun every night for a week. Maybe I was just jealous.

Good value for money but would not recommend

Great location

There was a problem with the self- check in when I got there and a problem with the elevator when I left. I couldn't control the heating and reaching the staff included walking to a different hotel every time

Good location - clean and simple

It's in a good location. Close to public transport and about 15 minutes walk to the main areas. The room I booked was simple and clean which is expected. They have free tea and coffee and croissants for breakfast which is a nice touch.

There are renovations in the building at the moment. It would have been nice to be warned about this before arriving at my room. Although the staff were friendly and helpful, there seemed to be a lack of communication between them which caused some misunderstandings with my booking.

Very comfortable hotel in the city center. Small room with everything you need and more. Coffee and croissants are a very nice bonus to the trip, as I always drink coffee in the morning.

Everything was wonderful. If I'm in Munich again, I'll happily stay here again.

Convenient location a stone's throw from the metro. The room has everything you need. Excellent Internet: I had to conduct online conferences and everything worked without failures.

Friends gave me flowers, but there was no vase for them in the hotel. I had to make a vase from a plastic bottle. I think such a trifle is easy to take into account for the future.

Clean hotel room nearby to all downtown Munich locations

Great location. Nearby downtown Munich and a bunch of good restaurants. The room was spacious and the bed and sheets were clean. Just a reminder that you have to walk around the corner to the MyMinga4 building to get your checkin key card, which was super easy.

There were traces of mold on the bathroom ceiling and in the shower.
