Die Ausstattung ist gut. Es ist schön, eine Kaffeemaschine zu haben. Die Bar ist nett.
Die Kommunikation ist mäßig. Ich wollte meine Buchung in ein Zimmer zum Innenhof ändern. Das ging nicht. Die Reinigungspolitik ist schlecht. In 4 Tagen keinen Service zu haben, geht nicht.

Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt an U-Bahn und Straßenbahn. Es ist generell ruhig. Die Terrasse von 403 ist schön groß. Der Barservice aufs Zimmer war super. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut und individuell. Sehr guter freundlicher Kontakt per Whatsapp.
Es gab noch Bauschmutz vom Maler auf Boden und Rahmen. Es fehlen Aufhänger an den Handtüchern und zu wenig Haken im Bad. Es gibt keine Minibar. Es gibt kein klassisches Housekeeping. Betten werden nicht gemacht auch Kaffee und Tee nicht aufgefüllt.
Die Lampen glimmen durch Reststrom obwohl ausgeschaltet (siehe Bilder). Liegt am Dimmschalter bzw. die Lampen sind nicht geeignet für Dimmer. Hilft nur Austausch der Lampen.
Die Bar wusste nicht das Hotelgäste 5% Rabatt erhielten, aber darauf angesprochen gab es ihn problemlos.
Es fehlte auf dem Weg zum Zimmer eine Lampe, dadurch Stolpergefahr. Auch die Lampe auf der Terrasse fehlte.
Die Stufen bis zum Zimmer sind mit Gepäck etwas beschwerlich. Baulich ist eine Barrierefreiheit nicht möglich.

Very convenient access by Frauenhoferstrasse U-bahn. Walkable to many great cafes, restaurants, the Isar, the Deutsches Museum. There is a cute rooftop bar, that does have music, so if you stay on the weekends and have a high floor, you will probably hear the beats, but it does stop at a reasonable time (larmschütz!) due to the noise protection laws in Germany. It is entirely self-check in with limited staff who can assist in the rooftop. A big reason I booked it was access to EVO fitness - a definite perk, doesn't matter at all to me that it is just meters down the street - but you should know that the code that you get requires the # after, and it is for the inside turnstile door, not for the outside door (which is open during the gym's opening hours), and you need the code to get out as well - the keypad doesn't beep or turn green when you enter it properly, but you do hear the click of the unlock - and if you want to lock things in the lockers you need to bring a lock, and no towels are available there.
Not a dislike, but know that the communication with management/customer service was thru WhatsApp, and it worked, responses were in a reasonable timeframe, but not the same as a desk person (which they don't have). Would recommend having something to stir sugar into the coffee in the room, and maybe a guide to the different Nespresso pod colors, but one can easily Google that.
