The facilities in the room and the sauna + gym.
The bed was awful. Not a comfortable mattress at all. The noise especially at the weekend

The fitzroy room bar staff provided exceplent service the gym was hpord and pool clean and functional.except for qhen it was invaded by familys with little kids.great cocktails, being frim.Melbourne found the whoile.Melourne, Australia theme quirky.
Reception staff where a little ambigious and not very customer centric to my requests especially on my arrival after a 24 hour flight. I wasn't particularly enarmoured by advice such as "as i told you google it" found thst offensive as i all i was aslkng for was some restaurant recommendations. Didnt feel very hospitable for a hotel. Additionally the lack of information on things to do in Munich in English was bizarre, it is a unversal language after all. Also found the cost of parking a bit extreme consiidering the location.

Nice hotel , great staff good breakfast
Very noisy area , nightclubs playing load music thill 4-5 am and the room we had in particular where beside the lifts which you could here motors going through the night
