The biggest reason this hotel deserves such a high rating is undoubtedly its wonderful staff. Everyone, from the reception team to the breakfast service, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It was the attention to small details that truly won us over.
We were travelling with our little boy, and we were especially touched by the thoughtful gift he received — a colouring book that he happily carried around with him throughout our entire holiday. Small gestures like this really make a difference and show how much the hotel cares about its guests.
Breakfast was good, with enough variety for everyone to find something they liked.
Although we only stayed for one night, we had a very pleasant experience. What we will remember most is the kindness and warmth of the staff. In the end, it is the people who truly make the difference — and here, you can genuinely feel that they care about their guests.
The rooms were comfortable and pleasant. There were a few minor things that probably cannot be replaced overnight, such as a cracked induction hob. However, it was fully functional, so we did not see this as something to complain about.

Breakfast was fantastic and had a good spread. The staff were friendly and helpful. We requested for room cleaning and they complied. We found the room size a bit small but it had all amenities required. The complimentary water and coffe/tea station was very thoughtful. We loved the chocolate provided in the room on the first day. Location is on the quieter side albeit and few minutes away from bus/tram stop.

Heatwave-proof air con allowed for good nights sleep.
Good quality bed linen and comfy beds & pillows.
Complimentary toiletries.
Free tea, coffee and chilled water on tap in reception.
Good breakfast selection.
Had been out all day to return at 16.55 for a shower due to heatwave and Housekeeping had just arrived to clean our room.
Really not sure why not done far earlier in the day and icertainly by 2pm, so quite inconvenient.
Explained to reception as we had to wait there for 20mins but no apology or complimentary drink offered.
