Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.

Una garanzia !

La struttura si trova a circa 700 mt dalla Ostbahnhof da cui si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città con i mezzi pubblici. Ci hanno assegnato le stanze 2003 e 2021. Abbastanza ampie, pulite e probabilmente anche rifatte di recente erano dotate di tutti i comfort del caso. Gli stessi elettrodomestici ( forno, frigo, lavastoviglie e TV ) sembravano essere nuovi. Bagno non enorme ( ma nemmeno piccolissimo ) e dotato di una super doccia. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Ottima la pulizia. Colazione ricca. Infine ho molto apprezzato che il bar dell’hotel abbia inserito , aggiungo finalmente , una birra di Monaco alla spina ( Lowenbrau ) . In una delle capitali mondiali della birra ..... . Trovo che la precedente fosse piuttosto anonima.

Prezzi aumentati. Le stanze lato Orleanstrasse sono un po’ rumorose soprattutto a causa della linea del tram.

Sehr empfehlenswert für Geschäftsreisen und auch privat als Familie

Tolles Frühstück, sehr ruhig, sehr modern, bequeme Betten, tolle Hotelbar, internationales Publikum

Das Zimmer hat etwas muffig gerochen (wie ein ehemaliges Raucherzimmer) und die Silikonfugen im Bad waren schimmelig. Ansonsten alles sauber

Grösse des Zimmers, Frühstücksangebot, Personal beim Frühstück

Schimmel in der Dusche, Klimaanlage ging nicht anzuschalten, weshalb unsere Kinder krank wurden, Lampe wurde trotz Reklamation nicht repariert und lief die ganze Nacht, ausser man zog die Hotelkarte raus, aber dann konnte man keine Geräte laden, Personal an der Rezeption war unmotiviert und uninteressiert

Fijne kamer, rustig aan de achterkant. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet Op loopafstand van Ostbahnhof waardoor je alles makkelijk met OV kom bereiken

Family friendly, fantastic hotel

The staff were very friendly when we arrived at 11pm. The room was fantastic, the shower was large and bathroom very clean. The beds were a good size, a little on the hard side, but we used the sofa bed as well in the room for our son and it was ideal. The kitchen was extremely well stocked - much better than the things you are supplied with at an Air Bnb usually. It worked out so well as we ate the evening meals in there. The breakfast was fantastic with a great selection- very tasty. Loved having a coffee machine and carbonated water available 24/7. We used the playroom which our son really enjoyed, I used the gym which was always deserted and the lounge area was beautiful and cozy.

Couldn't really find a fault - instructions for the dishwasher would have been good but we figured it out.

Should be a great, if characterless, hotel, but needs more staff

Nice clean room. Comfy bed. Good shower. Loads of space. Quiet air conditioning.

No robes! Staff not great. The member of staff who checked us in gave us several pieces of incorrect information and accidentally kept my passport without making an effort to contact me in my room afterwards. Breakfast service was terrible. Not enough staff to keep up with demand. Crockery and food in very limited supply. Not good enough!

La colazione è il punto forte dell'hotel, abbondante e varia. La struttura è nuova e moderna, a pochi metri dalla stazione della metro, in 10 minuti si arriva in centro. La stanza è essenziale, dotata di un piccolo cucinino, bagno con doccia enorme ed il letto nella norma. In zona reception c'è la possibilità di prendere caffè e acqua gratuitamente.

Arrivati al check in c'è stata poca chiarezza nella definizione del prezzo, sono stati bloccati 40 euro senza averlo detto. Chiesti i chiarimenti ci hanno detto che erano per il deposito, al momento del check out invece, ci avevano detto che erano stati bloccati per il parcheggio, peccato che non avessimo la macchina. Il tutto dovrebbe essersi risolto e sbloccato.

War ein super Aufenthalt und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Das Personal war super freundlich und total nett. Das Zimmer war sauber und perfekt für uns mit zwei Kindern. Jeden Morgen gab es ein super Frühstücksbuffet mit laktosefreier Milch und veganen Produkte. Besonders nett ist auch der Koch, der sich gut gelaunt um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste kümmert.

Sehr gute Lage, alles sehr sauber, freundliches Personal. Kostenloser Kaffee und Tee im Lounge Bereich. Wir werden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Inconsistent Elevator, Power and Hot water cut-off

Staff and their commitment.

Facilities at hotel. We were a family with 2 kids , after whole long say of work and shopping the elevator at the hotel wasn't working due power cut. No proper power back up. We had to wait until late 01:00 in the lobby to eventually carry our baby stroller, shopping items and kids to the room on 4th floor via stairs. Morning around 11 a.m , without notice the hot water supply was cut off , while I was in the middle of shower. When asked even the staff didn't knew when they can expect it to be turned on. Definitely not an ideal option for our next visit to Munich.

Nice breakfast, friendly staff.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days and our rather small room was only cleaned one of the days. Maybe it's according to ypur conditions, but you could tell your guests that you hve to ask for cleaning of the rooms.

Great place for 2 nights in Munich

This was a great hotel for our group of 11. It was super convenient to the train station and many restaurants! The breakfast was great with tons of options.

The sleeper sofa and pillows were not super comfortable.

Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and responsive. The restaurant and bar were also good. Location was excellent.

It was strange that we could only enter through the Courtyard entrance and that the other half was unattended. Basically, the facilities seemed a bit run down. The TV wouldn't connect to internet.

staff behavior, house keeping lady was rude the property has a different policy which made me upset. asked me deposit of 90 € refundable and its not written in anywhere.

Cleaning up of room 5017 was low. During the whole week dirt and dust around bed, carpet, table and seats. No Wellness area in that price class is unusual. Dinner area, meal offers are pretty good. Check in and out unbelievable long, some employees were not able to handle check out (wrong print out of invoices…)

Superb

Loved this hotel, the room was stylish and a good size,, the breakfast was great, the several lounge seating areas on ground floor and location excellent. Plenty trains, trams and buses into Munich centre. We were taking a train to Salzburg after Munich and it was only 5-10 minute walk to train station. This is same station that you arrive at from Munich airport and also that takes you into Munich centre . If you walk behind the hotel a frew streets there are some nice restaurants
