Good location, lots of restaurants nearby. Very clean and comfortable rooms with a lot of space. Staff were really accommodating, helped us stay an extra night when our flight was cancelled.

The location is excellent since there is a quick access from the hotel right to S- bahn

Clean and nice
Air conditioner did not properly and even after I called the reception and was promised that someone will come to have a look, no one came.
I had an early train to catch and asked if it was possible to have a breakfast earlier. The answer was that the restaurant is an external unit and the hotel is not responsible for the breakfast. But I did pay for the breakfast at the reception desk and not the restaurant.I was not even offered a lunch box to go at my early check out. I would expect a hotel at duch rank to give a better service.
No coffe machine at the breakfast. The waiters were not nice at all.

Comfortable room, breakfast ok, location near S-bahn.
TV reception for British channels poor/non-existent, reception staff not particularly helpful, tip automatically added to drinks purchased in temporary bar without being asked (glass of wine already overpriced), lack of choice on Mona restaurant menu, and no bar snacks on offer.
