Very good location, with a lift up to the rooms which helps with large luggage.
The staff were very relaxed and helpful and after check out the staff let us leave the luggage all day which we really appreciated.
The breakfast was average and could definitely be improved. But overall this was the only negative with this hotel.

This hotel has great central location, just steps away from the Viktualienmarkt, a short walk to the Glockenspiel and easy access to the subway station.
There's no A/C which can be challenging during the summer. We experienced 90+ degree weather and it was very difficult to cool down the room. The room was adequate for our family of 4 with 2 grown teenagers, but accommodations were rather tight, but typical by European standards.
