Für einen Städte Ausflug top auch fürs geschäftliche Reisen sehr gut!

Das Hotel ist sehr central gelegen und mit der S-Bahn Station unter dem Gebäude auch gut zu erreichen. Für alle nicht Münchner es ist die Station Rosenheimer Platz. Wäre für mich im Vorfeld auch schön gewesen zu wissen denn das hätte mir die Anreise leichter gemacht.

Es gab keinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer und auch hatte ich immer wieder mal Probleme mit dem WLAN denn eine Nutzung meines Laptops im Zimmer war fast unmöglich. Der Preis von 25 Euro fürs Frühstück fand ich schon Grenzwertig wenn man bedenkt, dass ich für ein Abendessen außerhalb genau so viel gezahlt habe. Aber gut man muss es ja nicht nehmen .

Dieses Hotel immer wieder

Hotel liegt super, mann kann zu Fuß viel erlaufen. Tiefgarage und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten durch Aufzug erreichbar. Frühstück für jeden etwas da. Sogar eine Ecke für Veganer. Sehr vielfältig. Vom Filterkaffee bis zum Obst alles da.

Der Frühstücksraum war zu laut. Wir haben verschiedene Zeiten ausprobiert, durch die Menge der vielen Menschen immer zu laut. Die Zimmertüren zum Gang knallen. Können nicht leise geschlossen werden

Not very pleasant

Staff was not very helpful, trains were not working, room air conditioning was not working, called couple of times but was told maintenance staff is not available. Had booked it based from US based on name. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A great stay with wonderful amenities

Upon reception of friendly staff and ease of check-in to the hotel, every employee had a smile on their face and greeted us as we moved about the hotel. Multiple elevators greatly increased the number of guests to travel to and from their rooms and the lobby with haste. A large bountiful breakfast with various types of foods and drinks made this stay memorable.

The excessive number of kids running around the lobby being excessively loud and unsupervised made it difficult to check in or relax in the lounge/bar.

Als Businesshotel jederzeit wieder

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Badezimmer neu renoviert und sehr große Dusche. Fenster konnte nachts offen gelassen werden (7. Stock)

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer

Gute Lage, wir waren abends im Gasteig eingeladen.

Im Bad fehlte die Handseife. Sehr trockene Luft im Zimmer durch die Klimaanlage.

Wonderful location, Excellent staff!

This hotel had so much more to offer than I even realized from the descriptions and pictures. The staff were so friendly, the lounge is massive and the dining room for breakfast is so much larger with a big variety of foods than pictures lead you to believe. It also wasn’t clear to me about public transportation, but the S-bahn is just a few minutes walking distance - down below the hotel and through an indoor shopping center, you get to the trains without leaving the building. 2 stops from Marienplatz, and a direct line to the airport. If you prefer a taxi, there are always several waiting right in front of the hotel. We booked an accessible room as I was recovering from surgery, and the spacious shower with a seat and handrails were just what I needed for the week. Have already recommended the Holiday Inn City Center to several friends and would definitely stay again.

These are very small issues, but worth noting if you are staying for any length of time; the fridge is extremely small, and they’ve even put something in the back half of the fridge so it ends up being half as deep as one would expect and no microwave. Our room was also pretty dark - only one lamp in the living room that we had to move to the bedroom area for light.

Für den Preis habe ich ein besseren Service erwartet

Wir hatten eine Tagung und das Personal war so schlecht besetzt das dies auf uns losging. Das Essen kam Stunden später zum Teil haben wir in den Pausen nichts zu trinken bekommen und mussten auswärts uns versorgen.

il fatto che la stanza non fosse pronta al mio arrivo e nonostante ciò fosse stata rassettata alla buona. La stanza non era stata pulita bene, erano presenti capelli e peli sia in bagno che sul letto. Molto male

The location is the strong positive point

It is just on top of a gas station. I was really surprised to find an hotel of this prestige, on top of a gas station, almost in the city center. Considering the flux of tourist from different nationalities, I didn’t feel safe especially during crowded seasons! I would suggest to shut down that gas station. Lot of tourist buses as well… be careful

Odličan smeštaj

Izvrsna lokacija, direktan izlaz iz hotela u tržni centar ( ne naročito veliki , ali ima ok samoposlugu) i odatle na metro stanicu. Soba dovoljno velika sa izuzetno udobnim krevetom. Odličan doručak. Uredno. Osoblje veoma ljubazno. Za sledeći boravak, nemam dilemu gde odsesti. Korektan odnos cene i kvaliteta usluge.

Zaista ne bih mogla da iznesem bilo kakvu primedbu. Eto, bilo bi lepo da smo imali sobne papuče. Moram reći da sam se naredni dan obratila recepciji i dobili smo ih .

günstige Lage, passende Konferenzräume, Personal Rezeption und Bar sehr freundlich

Frühstücksraum sehr laut, Atmosphäre läßt an die Firmenkantine denken ; Personal beim Frühstück teils freundlich und zuvorkommend, teils etwas zu rustikal.

Lage ok

Preis für das Frühstück total überzogen (25€). Voller Frühstücksraum. Heizung funktionierte nicht, daher musste ich umziehen. Nach dem Frühstück funktionierte die Zimmerkarte nicht mehr. Lange Schlange am Check out.

zentrale Lage mit vielen, wenn auch relativ teueren freien Parkpläten im Parkhaus. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, da ist für jeden was Passendes dabei!

Nice hotel with a great location

Great location within walking distance to Old Town Munich. Convenient to S-Bahn with complete underground access.

No ice machine. Expensive breakfast option. Broken elevator required us to walk around the building.
