Location and breakfast veraity.
The attitude of a certain duty manager (she) that refused to fix the problem created by the hotel using all kind of excuses.
The excuse was the hotel does informed us he will do its best to follow the requests (I had 2 along with a selection of a double king size bed).
The hotel did not inform me of any change of the requested room while expecting me to get any room available. The is outrageous. I will never ever stay in this hotel. The next day duty manager tried to fix the issue but even here promises is one thing and actual room was another.
