A clean, fresh hotel close to city centre and the river. The staff was excellent as well the restaurant downstars. Room was suitable for a couple. They serve also good beer from the Ayuinger privat bauer.
Due the midsummer heat in Munich, our room was quite hot during the night. Luckily we had a floor fan running through the night, it helped quite a lot. Also the shower/wc door is a bit weird... a single door for two cabinets. So you either shower OR use the toilet, but not at the same time. :D

Cute rooms, great staff, very good bed. Location: the Au neighbourhood is charming. Breakfast: great. Dinner: great. Would recomend 100%
When we stayed (may) it started to get hot. Room on the top floor is surely quiet warm in summer. No
ac but Ventilator are provided.

- Staff was helpful and tried to go out of their way. I appreciated that.
- Nespresso machine in the room
- Dog friendly
- Has underground garage
- Old, poorly cleaned elevator
- Sockets in strange places. Not great for a business customer
- Desk on the smaller side and cluttered with phone, ipad
- Bavarian music in the public spaces
- Out of hours, staff in the larger sister hotel picks up the request, and they may be limited in ability to help with any query
- Cleaner didn'empty and clean a used teacup
