It was very accessible to the Ubahn station and right by Englischer Garten. It was clean and well maintained. Of course we were there during a heat spell and they had no AC but we know that to be the case in many place in Europe. Right down the street from a cute coffee shop. They held our luggage securely until we were able to check in.

Location location location. Excellent size room.Lehel is the area to stay in.
Not hotels fault. I chose this hotel knowing there was no airconditioning not expecting munich to be so warm at end of August. The room was very warm. That being said you can open the windows and a fan is supplied. Be mindful there are still flights of steps you must go up to get too reception and elevator. Mobility compromised people could struggle to get to their room.

Perfect location for our purposes. Very friendly and nice staff, very good breakfast. Parking was easy with the road parking license from the hotel. I would recommend to mention it at the booking, as their licenses are limited.
Shops, cafes and restaurants are very close by, but shops closing at 8 pm, standard in this part of Germany.
The English Garden with the Eisbach Wave (surfers wave) is also around the corner…
Single rooms are rather small with a single bed, but for short stays sufficient. Rooms have no air condition.
