Friendly reception despite arrival late in the evening. Help offered with luggage to 4th floor due to no lift to that part of the hotel. Good selection and personal service at breakfast, and server remembered chosen beverage without ordering on 3rd morning. In a quiet area but with good links to centre of Munich
Light from desk lamp not bright enough for working when it was needed. Head end of bed under sloping ceiling felt a bit claustrophobic. In 4 night stay towels were changed twice which personally I found excessive and unnecessary in current climate/energy situation. Perhaps guests staying more than overnight could be asked their preference.

Comfortable room with enough space. A lovely continental breakfast. Very friendly reception staff who helped us find how to get around the city!

Property was very clean and well maintained during the stay. The staff were helpful in giving us local dinner recommendations and printing some tickets for us when we needed them unexpectedly.
No air conditioning made it hard as we visited in high heat! No tea and coffee facilities in the room although a kettle was provided when we asked for one.

Very clean rooms. Staff for cleaning rooms and breakfast were awesome.
Front desk personell need some work. Rooms are small and beds are rock hard.
