Fantastic breakfast! Superb location!
Stay here every time I come to Munich because of the great location and breakfast!
It is all a bit old and worn and not very clean. But I knew that in advance!

Old school but comfortable, clean and good service. I arrived late after midnight and the receptionist had left the key in the key safe and had left me a note. Nice breakfast too.

Great location one block off Viktualienmarkt, so very close to multiple transportation options. Good breakfast, even the Brötchen were warmed up, nice cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt, juices.
The back courtyard is very noisy all afternoon and up to 11:30 at night with workers slamming boxes, cartons, talking loudly on the phone. This does not permit quiet enjoyment of the premises and interferes with the attempts to sleep.
Additionally, the water pressure in the building is so low that the toilet does not properly flush; liquid is OK, but any solids stay there. I had to request a bucket of water to create sufficient pressure to wash it down. Not pleasant
