room was well organized; loved facing the peaceful courtyard; loved being able to walk to many neighborhood restaurants and shops and was very convenient to metro although we didn't use it; loved being close to English Garden; felt very neighborhoody and cozy and different in a good way than staying in city center; and great value compared to what we paid to stay in city center in past
driving to hotel area disaster with leopoldstrasse closed for festival and garage being closed on Monday morning for renovation; however we got street parking for free so it all worked out!

Amazing sauna and outdoor terrace with jacuzzi, we loved an opportunity to recharge after a long and hot day of walking
Presence of an a/c is also great during the summer
Would be good to have blackout curtains, the existing ones only cover part of the window.
a/c grids were quite dusty and I also found a hair and some stains on the bedsheets.

Location is very good and centric, a few meters from buses and metro station. ALso the neighbourhood is one of the nicest in Munich. Also staff was very friendly.
We were assigned a "Junior Suite" class of room. The room was OK and modern but it lacked good pillows, the toilet room was very small in contrast with the large separated bath and shower room. The suit is in the upper floor and it does not have good isolation from the noise generated by machines no the roof.
All in all not a good deal for the price. As for a Junior suite class it does not offer a mini bar due to "company policy" (basically no mini-bars in any room).
Breakfast quality was good but the space is limited when it comes to the busy hours.
