There was everything you could want from a hotel room. The staff were friendly, the facilities were great and it had a nice bar and restaurant.
Pillows were too thin and soft for my liking and there were no alternatives, but I requested a second pillow, which helped slightly.

Excellent hotel room with a very comfortable bed.
There is a hydration station on each floor to provide fresh water. Fitness room is small bit well equipped for training and sauna / steam bath is available. Alll in excellent condition.
If you want to visit October fest, you can reach it within 30 minutes by public transport.

The property is located in nice and quiet place int be city, close the metro station U.
The AC wasn’t working well, so it was very hot in the first night. We were struggling to sleep. The staff also gave us promises which are not true. We asked for portable fans, we end up calling the reception many times, no answers or they told us they will bring to our rooms, but then we didn’t receive anything. After talking the manager we found out that the hotel didn’t have any fans at that moment and they didn’t tell us the truth.
More to add, I requested since I booked the two junior suits for us as a family of six to have the rooms next to each other or at least close in the same floor. In the arrival, my kids’ room was two floors away from ours.
Also, I requested while booking to have the sofa bed set ready for my kids, as we arrived late from the airport and they responded positively in the booking. However, nothing has been done in the arrival and we had to call them many times to bring sb to set them for my kids.
The bathroom door lock in my room also was broken and not closed properly.
